LASIK Surgery

If you struggle with astigmatism, myopia, presbyopia (middle-aged vision) or hyperopia, you may be a candidate for LASIK eye surgery. LASIK surgery will change the shape of your cornea with surgical flaps, smoothing the surface of the cornea. This will allow for clearer vision after just 15 minutes of painless surgery. However, just because the operation is quick, you will still need the most experienced, highly-skilled LASIK surgeon possible. An ophthalmologist (MD) is the type of eye doctor who performs LASIK surgery. Your primary care doctor or optometrist can probably give you several names of highly reputable LASIK eye surgeons in your area.

Just think how great it would be to play sports, swim, read or take care of the children without needing cumbersome glasses or expensive contact lenses!
